EVERETT, Mass. — If you visit the new resort casino in Everett when it opens you'll be greeted by a familiar face.
Popeye will be a centerpiece in the lavish main lobby of the Wynn Boston Harbor.
The statue was created by artist Jeff Koons, it's is 6 feet tall and weighs in at more than one ton.
The Boston Globe reports that Steve Wynn bought it at auction two years ago so it could be displayed in the Everett casino.
