The GoWild! pass is on sale for $799 on the airline’s website, and will be available for that price until Nov. 27.

With the pass, customers will be able to search and book flights on FlyFrontier.com the day before a flight for domestic travel and 10 days before departure for international travel. The pass is valid for one year, beginning May 2, 2023.

Travelers with the pass will pay $0.01 in airfare and all applicable taxes, fees and charges when booking a flight. Taxes, fees and booking charges start at $14.60 per segment, CNN reported.

There are blackout periods where the pass cannot be used, including around major holidays like Memorial Day, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The pass does not include any add-on products like bags or seats, but customers will be able to customize their travel at booking.

While the program was initially launched for domestic flights, the pass now includes international locations such as Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America, CNN reported.

In an emailed statement, a spokesperson for Frontier said the company decided to offer the pass because it had more than 5 million empty seats last year. The pass is designed to offer a unique option for those who have flexible schedules and can travel on short notice.

While the passes are expected to be available until Nov. 27, a Frontier spokesperson said they are capacity-controlled, so once a certain number is sold, the pass will no longer be available. The company would not specify the number of passes available.
