LYNN, Mass. — Police in Lynn are searching for an armed robber who's hit nine stores in the last three months.
most of the robberies happened after dark and money was stolen in all but one instance. The suspect has gotten away with more than $1,000 in total.
In surveillance video from one of the robberies, the suspect can be seen rushing the counter and threatening the clerk with a gun.
The store clerk, Tamik Kham, described the robbery to FOX25's Michael Henrich.
"Life is more important than a couple hundred dollars," Kham said.
Detectives say the robber has only hit locally owned stores, all in Lynn. In every robbery, he wears sunglasses and a hoodie.
