Patrick Chung will not be prosecuted for misdemeanor charge in NH

Patrick Chung of the New England Patriots has reportedly been indicted on a charge of cocaine possession.

LACONIA, N.H. — Patrick Chung will not be prosecuted for a charge of cocaine possession in New Hampshire, according to a release from the courts.

Chung’s charge stemmed from an incident in Laconia, N.H. on June 25, 2019. Chung owns a lake house in Meredith.

The charges have been conditionally dropped, provided Chung agrees to two years of “good behavior” and periodic drug testing. He will also perform 40 hours of community service connected to drug abuse prevention and education within 18 months.
