WILMINGTON, Mass. — A missing 14-year-old with developmental disabilities from Billerica was found safe in Tewksbury after being reported missing on Monday morning.
Police said Sevano Harrell snuck out of his house around 2:30 a.m. and stole his parent’s car before crashing a mile away and running away from the scene.
Police set up a staging area at the Shawsheen School parking lot in Wilmington as officers from multiple communities began to search for him.

Searches were conducted in the following areas: Shawsheen Ave, Jacquith Rd, Hopkins Street, Blanchard Rd, Kendall Street and Houghton Rd.
