One person was shot to death during an early morning home invasion in Billerica.
Billerica investigators say a suspect entered a home on Boston Road and shot a 22-year-old man.
The man was taken to Lahey Clinic where he was later pronounced deceased. Officials at the clinic identify the victim as 22-year-old Quentin Koehler.
Police say they entered the home around 4 a.m. on Saturday morning to find Koehler suffering from gun shot wounds. Neighbors say the home belongs to Quentin's grandmother.
The investigation is ongoing, but police do not believe this is a random attack.
