The pickup truck fled the scene and was later found at a home in nearby Holliston.
The alleged driver emerged from his arraignment, with a jacket over his head, and stepped into a waiting Jeep without commenting to the media.
The Middlesex County District Attorney alleges the driver was high on marijuana at the time of the crash.
