PLYMOUTH, Mass. — A man is being treated in the hospital for a gunshot wound and a woman is in custody following a domestic dispute in Plymouth. According to Plymouth Police, the incident happened on Wallwind Drive on Monday afternoon.
“I heard some yelling then suddenly I heard the cruisers coming,” said neighbor Bruce Gross. “The husband was standing near his truck down there, the red truck, and the cop came out with her in handcuffs.”
According to Plymouth Fire Chief Ed Bradley, the man was shot in the stomach with a handgun. He was flown to a Boston-area hospital for treatment.

Law enforcement was seen surrounding the home for several hours, conducting their investigation. Chief Bradley added that a weapon was located.
“They seemed like nice people! I’ve talked to her, I’ve talked to him, you know,” Gross said. “I hope they’re okay.”
