NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. — Officials are investigating after a 64-year-old man was struck and killed Sunday evening by a 2017 Nissan Rogue in North Andover, according to a release from local police. The crash happened in the area of 531 Chickering Rd. around 5:30 p.m.
That victim, who police said was from North Andover, has not been identified.

The driver of that Nissan has been identified as a 63-year-old female from the town, though no further information on her identity was released. There has been no official word yet on if she will face charges related to the crash.
Chickering Road, also known as Route 125, will be closed for an undetermined amount of time as state and local police investigate, along with the Essex County DA’s Office.
