SHARON, Mass. — State Police say a car that struck a trooper’s cruiser in Sharon rolled over due to the impact.
Authorities say that, at around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the trooper had been assisting a motorist in the median, the car hit the cruiser and subsequently rolled over/
The crash happened on Route 95 northbound, north of the Coney Street exit, in Sharon. Two lanes were closed while police investigated the scene.
Both the trooper and the driver were transported to the hospital. There is no word on their condition at this time.
