Boston research company collecting COVID-19 data in new app

BOSTON — The COVID symptom tracker was created by doctors and scientists at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Massachusetts General Hospital, King’s College London and Stanford University School of Medicine, working in partnership with ZOE – a health science company.

Dr. Andrew Chan, an epidemiologist from Massachusetts General Hospital, told Boston 25 Morning News Monday the data collection could help medical researchers learn more about the virus.

He said it’s important to put in any symptoms you might be experiencing, even if you are feeling healthy.
