BRIDGEWATER, Mass. — A man was caught watching porn and masturbating at a library computer this week, according to Bridgewater police.
Police say Fred Higgins was arrested after he was found masturbating at a computer in the Bridgewater Public Library. About 20 people -- many of whom were teenagers -- were around and saw him, according to police.
People in the library called police around 3:30 p.m. and officers said they showed up to find Higgins still at the computer watching porn and masturbating.
He has been charged with lewd conduct, accosting a person of the opposite sex and disorderly conduct.
Higgins appeared in court Friday morning and has been ordered to stay away from the library.
