AUBURN, Mass. — A 6-year-old Auburn boy who collapsed on the playground during recess last week should be released from a hospital soon.
Boston 25 News reported last week that the first-grader suffered a medical emergency at Pakachoag Elementary School and collapsed.
The school nurse performed CPR until paramedics arrived and took him to a hospital to be treated.
Information as to why the boy collapsed hasn’t been released, but the superintendent said he is awake, walking, talking and eating on his own.
