A.J. Quetta posts video thanking people following outpouring of support

It was January 26 when local hockey player A.J. Quetta hit the boards in a high school hockey game and suffered a serious spinal cord injury. On Saturday we heard from A.J. and his dad for the first time since his injury.

It’s been less than a month since A.J.’s injury, but so much has happened with the Quetta’s during that time. While their lives have been turned upside down, they have also been supported financially and emotionally from loved ones and people they have never even met

Earlier this week, under the stick high salute tribute from his Bishop Feehan hockey teammates, A.J. left Mass General Hospital and was transferred to the Shephard Rehab Clinic in Atlanta, Ga.

On Saturday morning, A.J. and his dad felt compelled to let everyone know that the support they are giving is what’s getting them through.
