SHOWERS RETURN
Wednesday won’t be a total washout, but it will be cool, cloudy, and showery at times. Occasional showers will be broken up by long dry stretches too. The steadiest rain will likely pass through for a time this morning and midday with a few snowflakes mixing in early! Don’t worry, it’s not cold enough for any accumulation locally.
Some isolated showers and sprinkles will linger into the afternoon and evening with temperatures stuck in the 40s. It will feel like a raw March day.
WARMING UP!
Mostly sunny skies will return tomorrow along with temperatures rebounding into the lower 60s. It will be a great school vacation day for getting outside in Massachusetts. There’s a small chance for an isolated pop up shower in eastern MA or on Cape Cod, but dry weather is expected on the whole.
WEEKEND IN VIEW
That mild air won’t hang around for long. Highs settle back into the 50s Friday and this weekend with generally quiet weather.
Looking ahead, our next chance for widespread rain arrives Tuesday.
