WARMING UP A BIT
Bright skies and cold temperatures will start your day Wednesday. Milder air will be moving into the region with highs back to about average for the date in the 40s. Clouds increase in the afternoon as a front approaches from the west. Showers arrive late at night and continue through Thursday morning. A break in the day Thursday will give some sunshine as highs spike into the 50s. Don’t get used to it! Chilly air will be blowing in later in the day with a few more showers. That will lead to a cooler start to the weekend.
A LOOK AHEAD
Saturday a disturbance flying through New England may touch off a bit of light rain or snow, but it certainly isn’t looking like much or a washout. Sunday will be cold and dry, but another front is on the way. Ahead of it, temperatures will be rising into Monday. That will mean rain likely to start next week.
Of course that may change, so stay with us as the forecast develops.
