NORTON — The PGA Tour made its highly-anticipated schedule announcement this morning, with significant impact on TPC Boston, the host of the Dell Technologies Championship.
Beginning in 2019, the PGA will finish its season by the end of August, which eliminated a number of tournaments, including the annual event hosted in Norton. However, TPC Boston remains in a biennial rotation to host a FedEx Playoff tournament.
In 2019, the Northern Trust, the first of three playoff annual playoff events, will be held in Jersey City, NJ. In 2020, the Northern Trust will be played at TPC Boston. The two courses will rotate hosting responsibilities for the foreseeable future.
