Report: Pats practice squad player placed on COVID list

FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots have reportedly placed a second player onto the Reserve/COVID-19 list, according to a report from ESPN’s Field Yates. That news broke just after 4:30 on Tuesday afternoon.

After Cam Newton was added to the list following a positive COVID-19 test over the weekend, DT Bill Murray, a member of New England’s practice squad, was also reportedly placed on that list.
