BC's Landry named First-Team All-ACC

CHESTNUT HILL — Boston College junior Harold Landry was named first-team All-ACC by the Associated Press after amassing 15 sacks this season.

Landry was honored by a panel of 14 writers and broadcasters who cover the ACC on a regular basis.

This season, Landry's 15 sacks broke the single-season Boston College record of 13 previously held by Mike Mamula and Eric Storz. He is also a finalist for the Ted Hendricks Award, given annually to the top defensive end in the country.

BC finishes the season on December 26 when they face Maryland in the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit.
