Blackmore was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police asked her to come to the station to pick up belongings she left in her truck.
She is charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, negligent operation, failure to stay in marked lanes, and speeding.
During her arraignment on Wednesday morning, Blackstone pleaded not guilty, but admitted to police she was driving the truck at the time of the incident. However, the state says she lied about the timeframe in which she was behind the wheel as well as the reason for the damage to the truck.
