A signal issue between Park Street and Kenmore is causing a messy commute for Green Line riders Monday morning.
Boston 25 News' Julie Grauert suggest avoiding the Green Line or taking the Orange Line if possible.

The MBTA told Boston 25 News that it was a power problem that caused the issue, and around 9:30 a.m., crews were able to restore power and signals. The cause of the issue is still under investigation.
Many people are tweeting to the MBTA, complaining about the issue. Witnesses tell Boston 25 News that the crowd is walking down Commonwealth Avenue to get to work after exiting at Kenmore.
It's also quite warm outside, so the walk is not as pleasant as it normally would be. AS of 9:30 a.m., it's already 85 degrees.

This morning was appalling. I'm going to stop giving you my money and start walking 4 miles each way instead. Totally unreliable service.

Nothing "moderate" about a one hour delay!

Sitting outside Kenmore for 30 minutes. Why didn't the MBTA run buses?!
