2 dead after triple shooting in Revere

REVERE, Mass. — Two people are dead after a triple shooting in Revere Thursday night.

Officials say the shots were fired on Waite Street. A 66-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were killed. A 38-year-old man was seriously injured and remains in the hospital.

Neighbors told FOX25 that one of the victims was shot in the face. They said that shots were heard just before 9 p.m.

One woman ran out of her apartment without her shoes or jacket after the shooting.

"I guess he pulled the fire alarm, the guy who got shot. We came downstairs and he was bleeding on his back and everything so we went upstairs and we called the police," she said.

Police are still searching for the shooter. Anyone with information is urged to call investigators at (617) 727-8817.
