MILLIS, Mass. — One person has died after a 2-car crash in Millis Sunday afternoon.
An on-duty Millis police officer was driving on Main Street in a marked vehicle when he was involved in a crash with another vehicle. Police say they do not yet know how the crash happened.
The officer suffered significant injuries to his left arm. The driver of the second vehicle was taken to Norwood Hospital where he died.
Neither person involved has been identified.
The accident is still under investigation.
