BEDFORD, N.H. — For many Republicans, New Hampshire wasn’t about getting President Donald Trump on the November ballot, but rather to continue showing their support for him.
On the eve of the primary, the president held a rally in Manchester to address his supporters, but many of them from across the country stayed to speak to voters at the polls on Tuesday.

In Londonderry, several Republican voters said they were casting their vote for President Trump.
“The president actually asked a bunch of us to come up and make sure we thank people for being involved, this is a president who is going to be on the ballot and yet he refuses to concede one inch of ground,” said Tom Emmer, of the National Congressional Republican Committee (6th District - Michigan).
Supporters plan to stay through the night, celebrating after the polls close at Murphy’s in Bedford.
