Man hit, killed by car in Seekonk

SEEKONK, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A pedestrian was killed in Seekonk Friday near Route 6.

At about 9:30 p.m., a 35-year-old man was hit by a car on Mink Street, according to the Sun Chronicle. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the car reportedly stopped after the accident.
