June 7, 2014- Harmony Montgomery is born to Adam Montgomery and Crystal Sorey

July 2018- Crystal loses custody of Harmony to the state of Massachusetts “due to a substance abuse issue”

April 2019- Crystal has FaceTime call with Adam and Harmony around Easter, Crystal tells police it’s the last time she sees Harmony

July 2019- Adam’s uncle Kevin Montgomery sees Harmony with a black eye and calls the Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF)

Oct. 2019- Harmony is last seen by police during a call for service at a Manchester home

Nov. 2019- Blair Miller adopts Harmony’s brother Jamison

Thanksgiving 2019—Adam says Crystal comes to Manchester to get Harmony (*from Adam’s 12/31/21 interview with police in court affidavit)

Nov. or Dec. 2019—Adam’s wife Kayla Montgomery last sees Harmony before Adam drives her to Crystal’s home in Lowell (from *Kayla’s 12/31/21 interview with police)

Nov 28–Dec 10, 2019 - New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella said on January 24, 2022 that the investigation to-date has narrowed the window of Harmony’s disappearance to approximately November 28–December 10, 2019.

Late Oct. 2021—Kayla last sees Adam, speaks to him for the last time around mid-Nov

Nov. 18, 2021- Crystal Sorey calls Manchester Police to report Harmony missing

Dec. 27, 2021- DCYF tells Manchester Police they can’t find Harmony

Dec. 30, 2021- Manchester Police speak with Adam’s brother, Michael Montgomery, who raises concerns about Harmony’s welfare. Police also speak with Adam’s uncle, Kevin Montgomery. Kevin details several forms of physical abuse against Harmony, as described to Kevin by Adam.

Dec. 31, 2021- Manchester Police hold news conference to announce Harmony is missing. Police interview Kayla, who said she last saw Harmony in Nov. or Dec. 2019 before Adam drove her to Crystal’s home in Lowell. Police also make contact with Adam, sleeping in a car with Kelsey Small near Harvell Street in Manchester. Adam gives contradictory statements, stops cooperating with police.

Jan. 2, 2022- Police search the property at 77 Gilford St. in Manchester

Jan. 3, 2022- Police hold another news conference, announce cash reward and tip line

Jan. 4, 2022- Adam Montgomery is arrested and charged with one count of felony second-degree assault, one misdemeanor charge of interference with custody, and two misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child

Jan. 5, 2022- Kayla Montgomery is arrested for felony welfare fraud
