DRACUT, Mass. — Police in Dracut have arrested a 43-year-old Lawrence man who was wanted on an arrest warrant for multiple counts of aggravated rape of a child, according to police.
That man, identified as 43-year-old Gabriel Yepez of Lawrence, was said to have been driving a blue 2016 GMC Sierra with Massachusetts license plate 9TM477. He is wanted on the following charges:
- Aggravated Rape of a Child (three counts)
- Rape of a Child With Force (three counts)
That warrant was issued for Yepez’s arrest on Tuesday, Nov. 16. On Wednesday morning, Dracut Police told Boston 25 News Yepez was taken into custody and will appear in Lowell District Court.
