Names of three suspected killers added to Mass State Police’s most wanted fugitives list

BOSTON — The Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section has added the names of three suspected killers to its most wanted list.

All of the cases are recent homicides and involve gun violence.

Witchael Normil

DOB: 5/20/1995

Wanted for the murder of Marshawn Potts in Brockton on 12/13/19.

Marshawn Potts was shot to death in his driveway on Shaw Road. Normil’s criminal history includes convictions for assault to kill, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and firearms violations. He is known to have connections to Boston and Milton.

Derrell D. Guy

DOB: 1/11/1986

Wanted for the murder of Bryan Omar Mendez in Lynn on 1/4/2020.

Bryan Omar Mendez was found shot to death in Howard Street area of Lynn. Guy’s criminal history includes multiple convictions for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and multiple counts of assault and battery.

Guy has ties to Greater Lynn Area.

Xavier L. DeJesus

DOB: 8/13/1999

Wanted for the murder of Deija Mendez in Lowell on 6/23/2020.

Mendez was found shot to death in the front seat of a Chevy Tahoe on Coral Street.

Xavier DeJesus is wanted for murder, carrying a firearm without a license and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building

DeJesus has ties throughout the Greater Lowell area and has an arrest warrant from Nashua Police.
