Here’s a list of the top finishers in the 127th running of the Boston Marathon

BOSTON — Thousands of runners continue to make their way from Hopkinton to Boylston Street on Monday afternoon after the professional athletes in the 127th running of the race crossed the finish line.

Defending champion Evans Chebet of Kenya won the Boston Marathon for a second straight year, spoiling the debut of world record holder Eliud Kipchoge. Hellen Obiri won the women’s race in a sprint down Boylston Street.

Marcel Hug of Switzerland won the men’s wheelchair race in a course record time. American Susannah Scaroni won her first Boston title after overcoming a wheel issue.
