2 victims hospitalized following overnight shooting in Boston

Overnight shooting in Boston on Hollander Street

BOSTON — Police are investigating an overnight shooting that happened on Hollander Street in Boston that resulted in two people being hospitalized.

The Boston Police Department told Boston 25 News officers responded to the scene at approximately 11:49 p.m. Sunday after receiving reports of shots fired.

While officers were investigating the scene, a victim drove themselves to the front of the Boston Police Department’s District B2, where EMS evaluated them before transporting them to the nearest hospital.

Police were told the second victim self-applied to Boston Medical Center. Both victims are believed to be suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident is under ongoing investigation by the Boston Police Department.
