The City of Malden announced Tuesday that they are one of several communities that will be offered free transportation services to COVID-19 vaccination sites for adults 60-years-old and older.

The transportation is through Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES), who will be serving 11 communities: Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winthrop.

There are three eligibility requirements for this free service: being 60-years-old or older, having no other means to get to a vaccination site and not having access to the vaccine at your resident building complex.

Masks are required during the trip. To receive more information or schedule a ride, call MVES at 781-324-7705.
