BOSTON — One driver went to great lengths to avoid traffic on I-93.
Massachusetts State Police say a trooper was monitoring traffic at the HOV (High Occupancy Vehicle) lane in Charlestown when he saw “someone” that didn’t look right.
The operator kept driving when the trooper tried to pull him over. A trooper monitoring traffic at the other end of the HOV lane also tried to stop the driver, but wasn’t successful.
