Boston 25 Weather

Seasonable 60s return

TEMPERATURE DROP

After two days of record heat in Boston, we’re back to the seasonable 60s today. In fact, some of you will dip into the 50s this morning which will feel fresh, crisp, and cool.

Mostly cloudy skies will drive the forecast today with a few sprinkles this morning along and south of the Mass Pike. Skies will clear slowly from north to south this evening and tonight.

Friday will be nice with a blend of sun and clouds. Brace for a chilly start in the 40s before a warm up to the middle 60s again. Humidity will remain low.

HOLIDAY WEEKEND

Saturday looks cloudy but dry. We’ll need to keep an eye on the rain though, because it appears to loom close by in CT and western MA. Rain chances will climb overnight into Sunday, which looks soggy most of the day. On and off rain will add up to 0.25-0.5″. Although severe weather and flooding will not be an issue, it looks like a washout - and cool too with highs stuck in the 50s.

Memorial Day itself still has the chance for a lingering shower in the morning. With that said, the forecast has been trending drier and a little warmer with highs in the upper 60s. Fingers crossed the improvements continue!
