Boston 25 Weather

Quiet weather returns for now

CLEARING TONIGHT

After an active day with showers, thunderstorms, and some severe weather, quieter weather returns tonight. Skies clear out, temperatures fall into the 60s, and it will stay breezy overnight.

HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND

Friday will be a nice break with sunshine, comfortable temperatures, and lower humidity. Highs climb into the upper 70s to low 80s, with a steady breeze making it feel comfortable for any Juneteenth outdoor plans.

Saturday looks like a great start to the weekend. Expect mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 80s. It will be a warm day, but humidity stays manageable. An isolated pop-up shower or thunderstorm is possible across New England, but most locations stay dry.

Sunday will be warmer with a touch more humidity. We are watching for scattered showers and thunderstorms to develop during the afternoon as a weak disturbance moves through. The good news for Father’s Day plans is that we will still have plenty of dry time, but continue to check in with us as we adjust the forecast.

MORE RAIN MONDAY

Monday looks like the wettest day of the stretch. A system moving through will bring periods of rain, with some pockets of heavier downpours possible. Highs stay in the upper 70s. Rain could linger into Tuesday before we start to dry things out.
