Milton beats Walpole on High School GameDay

DEDHAM, Mass. — For our High School GameDay Game of the Week this week, we were in Milton as the Milton Wildcats welcomed in the Walpole Rebels.

This game turns out to be all Wildcats as they beat Walpole 33-14. Milton got a well-balanced attack led by Sophomore QB Chase Vaughn who threw touchdowns to Andrew Lynch and Andrew Possi.

Senior RB John Barros also ran for a score and Milton got two touchdowns on special teams -- one on a blocked punt and scoop and score from Nosa Iyamu and then another touchdown on a 69-yard punt return from captain Luke Botsford.

Walpole's two touchdowns were scored by Chris Reilly and by Drew Von Klock.

But Milton owned this game for the 33-14 final, and in the process, they go to 3-0 but also get career win number 150 for head coach Steve Dembowski.
