Tom Brady keeps his cool when asked about deflategate revenge game

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — By Bryan Salmond

What Deflategate? That was the sentiment at Patriots Place Wednesday as many of the media tried to get the Pats to talk about wanting revenge against the Colts. The team would not go for it.

Tom Brady, the person who was affected by the Deflategate fiasco more than anyone, didn't budge either.

Tom are you human? Do you have any emotion towards the Colts, with added motivation at all?

"I am human," Brady said. "I'm always pretty motivated. It'll be an exciting game. I know they've got a good team. They've won three straight. They made some changes this off season, so they're a very confident team. So it's going to take a great effort to beat them."

That was the standard answer for Tom, and just when you thought he was going to crack to the onslaught of questions regarding 'revenge' against the Colts, Brady cracked a brief smile and... gave the same ole answer.

"Like I said, you just max out every week. And every week is a little different. You have different human emotions that you go through. And there are, you know, some days you just don't feel as good, I don't know, for one reason or another. There are some game days where I'm like, 'Man, I feel amazing,'" Brady said. "There are other ones where you're trying to get yourself feeling at your peak level, so I don't know. I don't think that's really been a ... How you get to that level where you're feeling great every week, that's what you try to do. Like I said, you max out your effort. "

I guess we'll have to wait for the Patriots to hang 50 points on the Colts to know just how upset Brady really is with the Colts.
