BOSTON — Danny Picard, who hosts The Danny Picard Show and writes for the Boston Metro, joined Tom Leyden via Skype to detail what he learned about the Astros positioning a staffer near the Red Sox dugout in Game 1 of the ALCS.
The story has gained national traction as Major League Baseball has announced it is looking into the allegations, not only from the ALCS, but also the Astros' previous series against the Cleveland Indians.
Picard broke the story on the Boston Metro website Tuesday as the Red Sox and Astros were playing Game 3 of the ALCS in Houston.
