BOSTON — Red Sox pitcher David Price, who has the option to terminate his contract following this season, told FOX Sports he has not thought about opting out.
Price, who is 9-6 this year, has endured a rocky tenure in Boston since signing as a free agent before the 2016 season.
In an interview with FOX Sports' baseball reporter Jon Paul Morosi, said, “I want to win, I want to win here and I want to win now. We all know the amount of ability we have in this clubhouse ... I’m focused on winning right now. I haven’t thought about opting out.”
