5 Red Sox to play in All-Star Game

WASHINGTON — AL dugout - or Red Sox dugout? The 89th Annual Major League Baseball All-Star Game will be played Tuesday night and will have some distinct Red Sox flair, with five stars playing.

Three Red Sox are in the starting lineup with Mookie Betts leading off in right field. J.D. Martinez is the DH. The top home run hitter in baseball will bat cleanup for the AL.

For the third consecutive year, Chris Sale will start on the mound.

Mitch Moreland and Craig Kimbrel will also be in D.C. for the action.
