NEW ORLEANS — Two people were killed and four others wounded Saturday night in a shooting near the French Quarter, investigators said.
The New Orleans Police Department said they were called about the shooting around 11:45 p.m. and found four victims near the intersection of Saint Bernard and North Claiborne avenues, WDSU reported.

The four victims were taken to a hospital where two of them died, The Times Picayune reported. Two other victims went to the hospital on their own, ABC News reported. None of their conditions or identities have been released.
Police have also not released suspect information or motive.
