Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen have finally sold their Back Bay condo. The couple sold their Beacon Street home for $9.2 million on Friday. That's $1 million less than the asking price.
The group who owns the other units in the building buying it back from the Bradys.
The condo features six fireplaces and a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen, as well as the marble bath where Gisele gave birth to the couple's 2-year-old son, Benjamin.
The Bradys are hardly homeless. They've recently finished construction on a $20 million mega mansion in California.
