UPDATE: Tewksbury Police announced Wednesday afternoon that Emily has been located safe in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Tewksbury Police is looking for a 24-year-old woman who went missing on Tuesday.
Emily Medina was last seen by Tewksbury State Hospital staff near 365 East Street in Tewksbury at around 3 p.m.
Police say she is hearing impaired. Medina was last seen wearing a green jacket with a fur hood, black leggings and sneakers.
She has family in the New Bedford area, police say -- but they have had no contact with her since she went missing. Medina currently resides at the Tewksbury State Hospital and communicates using a tablet.
