• Southborough Police searching for crawling thieves

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. - Southborough Police are investigating a break-in at a local liquor store where two masked people were seen crawling through the store to avoid being seen on security cameras.

On July 29, just before 8:30 a.m., Southborough Police were called to Sperry's Liquors on Turnpike Road to investigate a break-in that happened overnight.

Police say surveillance footage showed two masked people in the store around 4:20 a.m. The people were crawling with dark bags to avoid being captured on security cameras.

Police say a lot of cigarettes and liquor was taken.
