NEW YORK — It's one of the busiest cities in the world, but on Saturday, the New York City streets were snowy and nearly empty. That was all the inspiration amateur filmmakers needed to get to work.

They tied a snowboard to the back of a Jeep and then started snowboarding around Manhattan, even going through Times Square.
The video shows New Yorkers cheering on the snowboarders, even asking to take a turn.
Most of the video was shot before police banned traffic, but some was shot after the ban took effect. At the end of the video, police lights start flashing behind them. However, there was no ticket - the officers just wanted to chat for a few minutes.
So far the video has been viewed more than 4 million times, and then whole video goes along with Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York."
