BOSTON — Several passengers who became sick on an American Airlines flight that landed at Boston Logan Airport Sunday morning have tested positive for norovirus.
Among the passengers was a group from Dover-Sherborn High School that had traveled to Ecuador.

The Boston Public Health Commission says the illness appears to be food related.
The infection is believed to have occurred during a family-style dinner the group ate before leaving Ecuador.
Since Sunday, at least 30 passengers have reported symptoms.
