BOSTON — A second Massachusetts state trooper is filing a lawsuit against the department after she says she was forced to alter a report.

Ali Rei is a drug recognition expert who was involved in the arrest of a Worcester judge's daughter last month for driving under the influence.
According to Rei, a state police major forced her to shred a log entry as well.
”She finished her report appropriately. She did not shred the log. She has been living in fear since," Rei’s lawyer Lenny Kesten said.

Boston 25 News reported earlier this week that Trooper Ryan Sceviour filed a federal lawsuit against the Massachusetts State Police.
He claims he was ordered to redact that same report or get fired.
On Thursday, Boston 25 News learned the governor and state attorney general are investigating. Friday evening, State Police Colonel Richard McKeon announced his retirement.
“We hope that the administration of the state police, whoever that will be, will not discipline [Trooper Rei] for being honest,” Kesten said.
