Police: Woman with 5 OUIs arrested after car chase with child in car in NH

DOVER, N.H. — A woman from Billerica who has been charged five times for operating under the influence was arrested Wednesday night after New Hampshire State Police say she led them on a nearly 30-mile car chase.

Officers say Vickie Thibodeau was driving her 16-year-old daughter when a trooper tried to pull her over in Wakefield, New Hampshire.

They say Thibodeau sped off and a chase began.

Eventually, officers set up stop sticks in Dover, New Hampshire right near the Maine border.

Thibodeau is now facing a slew of charges, including driving while inotixcated and with a suspended license.
