ROCHESTER, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The mother of the teen who died in a Rochester motel in October has been charged.
Seventeen-year-old Eve Tarmey was found dead in a Rochester motel room early morning on Oct. 17. She was in the room with her mother, Jazzmyn Rood, and her mother's male friend.
In Thursday's press conference, police said the toxicology report showed that Eve died due to a fentanyl overdose.

Rood and Mark Ross, the man who was staying at the Riviera Motel, have been arrested.
Police charged Rood, 41, with conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled drug, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless conduct.
Ross, 41, was charged with conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled drug, tampering with witnesses, two counts of falsifying evidence and dispensing a controlled drug.
Police also arrested Leslie Aberly of Salisbury, Massachusetts on charges of possession of a controlled drug, tampering with witnesses and dispensing a controlled drug death resulting.
The exact relationship between Aberly and Tarmey or her mother is not known at this time.
