NH man arrested at South Station in Boston

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A 23-year-old New Hampshire man was arrested on Friday at the South Station bus terminal after he reportedly stole a woman's wallet.

Nicholai Dandurant, of Hooksett, N.H. is scheduled to appear in Boston Municipal Court on Monday morning to face larceny charges.

A female victim told police that a male having large "loops" through his earlobes engaged her in a conversation around 5:50 p.m. on Friday.  Shortly after their conversation, she realized that her wallet, containing her identification and cash, was missing.

An officer recalled seeing a male matching the victim's description outside the bus terminal entrance.

Officers located the suspect and asked if he had spoken to a female.  Dandurant said yes and made reference to knowing that the victim's wallet was missing and that he wanted to return it.

Police found Dandurant in possession of the wallet.
