BOSTON — The weather outside is frightful, so why not have a snowball fight?
Scott Shaffer started the event on Facebook and now it has 1,000 RSVPs for yes, and another 5,400 interested in going.
The invitation was simple - anyone and everyone was invited to meet outside the gazebo Thursday at noon.
The event drew hundreds, and was such a hit that a second is planned for scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m.
